Just to back up AB's instructions on buttering your bread with mayo -- I do the same thing for garlic bread. Lightly coat the split loaf and grill/toast; mix your shredded cheese, parsley and garlic olive oil with more mayo and spread atop the bread; finish under the broiler/toaster. You will never taste the mayo but you will taste better garlic bread.
So you use a garlic infused olive oil to get your garlic flavor?
@@trailerparkcryptoking5213 Yes, but I also use raw grated garlic. When toasted, slice your garlic clove on a diagonal to get maximum surface area and rub it over the warm, toasted bread. You can also mince and add it to the mayo-cheese-parsley mixture. When I have garlic oil I like to add a bit to the mayo to help with the browning and to add more garlic flavour. NOTE: If making your own garlic olive oil you MUST keep it in the fridge or you can get very sick. Store bought products often have stabilizers that keep them room temperature safe though I will always keep any garlic oil fridged for safety.
Also you can use mayo instead of butter on any type of bread especially when making a grilled cheese.

I made these for the family last weekend and they all LOVED them!! We live in Kansas City Mo and we have been toasting by s and making grilled cheese using Mayo instead of butter since I was a kid. You are 💯 on using the mayo it just makes it over the top. God bless.

You have to wrap the sandwich in foil and let it be for a couple minutes before you eat it. Season with adobo. I mix the onion in then put the cheese on top and don't fold it in. Eats better to me.

@@tonysmith-tcpg9 If I fasted like that I would vanish! 😆 I usually stick to fasting until after 6pm for 3 days or a 24hr dry fast. A high metabolism is great but it works against me during fasts.. Keep going strong 💪 🙏

I've been making chopped cheese for some time now... It is seriously comfort food! All the great things of a cheesesteak but with ground beef instead. I like to add a fair bit of GOYA SAZON to our mix, the Sazon really brings out the essence of the beef, if that makes any sense.
Yes! The secret is really the seasoning...a REAL NYC 🗽 chopped cheese has sazon, adobo, and s/p. I love a Philly cheesesteak, but the meat stands out on that. Here, it's the flava of New York. 😜🍔

I also just finished watching your chicken enchilada video. However, for tonight's dinner I'm relying on an old favorite of mine: My special curated "Pen, Pasture nd Patch," combo: A braised 12 oz. pork belly, with a Teriyaki marinade, served next to a braised lamb shank. Top it off with fingerling potatoes gently pan roasted in EVVOO for the side. Mostly KETO, but with just a touch of vegetables to add some variety. Everybody's gotta have some vegetables once in awhile. It's a little risky, but nothing more than a guilty pleasure.

It's not necessarily better, just different. One us steak, thinly sliced, and the other is ground beef. We love our "chop cheese" here in 🗽
