Thanks for sharing your gifts with people. It's truly appreciated. I started with acrylics a few months ago and I enjoy birds because of the huge variety of colors.
Hey, I'm an 18 years old beginner and I'm so glad I came across your channel. You are so kind and humble. I hope you paint more of these beautiful birds and upload their tutorials. Thank you so much sir❤❤❤
Mr. Jansen I've been watching your videos for quite a while now and I enjoy everything you paint. However this is a SUPERB owl. Just the 2 cents of some one who dabbles in drawing and painting the occasional bird.
I love this each second from beggining to end.Thank you for making my lockdown days so much better with your wonderful paintings and wonderful way of sharing!
This looks just like the horned owl I painted once. The eyes stared but the colors were many. The feathers were the most challenging because I had to paint them individually with a tiny brush to make them look realistic. This guy's great.
Stunningly beautiful! Loved watching this...I learned more about color and texture. You got skills with a pencil...your renderings are very impressive to me. It's a skill I'm working on.😁👍👍⭐👍👍
I’ve just stumbled onto your channel and I’m loving it here in Australia. I’ve rescued German Shepherds for many years. Can you do a tutorial painting one?

@@JansenArtEducation Hi David, thank you so very much giving me this link. I'm very inspiered painting along the whole prozess. I know I will learn a lot again. Thank you very much for sharing!!!
I wanted to ask you a question if I paint something I think it looks good can I have it printed in stationery. Do I have to get a copyright and if so how do I do that. When you paint and sell your paintings do you have to get copyrights on them? I've never sold any but I've thought about it. But I dont know about all this. But friends have asked me about selling some.
You must have the copyright to print something. To get a copyright it must be 100% your own work and not even resemble another artists work. I have 1000's of copyrights and several of the more powerful registered trademarks. Under current law if your a producing artist your work is immediately copyrighted as soon as you sign and date it, if and only if it is 100% your own work and does not resemble another artists work. If you want to sell paintings that you copied from another artist you need to make sure you have their permission. We give that permission to all our online class students and actually encourage them to paint and sell our designs to make money. We also allow selling from our books, and videos. If you look at my paintings you will always see a Ⓒ , the date and my signature. on everything I paint. It always appears in the lower right on all my paintings. We allow all our students to paint and sell our designs if they are part of an online class. You can not print them though. To print you must be the original copyright artist. Only print designs that are 100% your own work. You don't have to file for a copyright on everything but you must be able to prove the date that you created the work. You only need to file for the copyright if your going to court to stop someone who is producing your design. If your a producing artist, be prepared to protect your work and go to court. I do all the time. I have been to court many times in many countries protecting my work. It is part of the business. If you want more information look up US Code Title 17. That is copyrights, or get a good copyright attorney that does everything for you like I have. If you just want to sell and are using another artists designs, make sure you write them and ask. Many will let you, so do not. We like artists to use our designs to paint and sell, but not to print.

Thank you so much 😀 It is just a matter of "seeing" the tones. Once you do that you can render anything. Takes practice, but you got it!
This is wonderful. Such an impressive job here.

Absolutley fantastic👍What pencil take you for sketchig?
I use a carpenters pencil. They last forever and they don't smear when washing over them.
Thank you for your help.
