What i got from this is, the youth of Ghana have been hustling since time immemorial. He had to go to Germany for his vision to materialize. I'm sure he was able to get capital from the hustling jobs he did in Germany.
The country wasn't fixed when they fixed themselves, poverty is a choice not by somebody's making ! To be wealthy needs a lot of critical thinking ! Laziness,hate and enviness are the biological gene of poverty ! DON'T BLAME NOBODY FOR YOUR POVERTY BUT BLAME THE BAD CHOICE THAT YOU MADE IN LIFE !
@@suzzymensah170 thanks for your opinion. This is the point I will disagree with you. As a race and social justice PhD student, I've read a lot on social systems and how poverty is undergirded within society. Yes, wealth/poverty is a mindset but wealth/poverty is also passed down as inheritance. In that instance it seizes to be about the individual but the environment they are modulating in. If you have a wealthy parent or a system that prioritizes socialism, then tax payers money and other monetary arrangements are made to ensure that ALL/most citizens benefit. So it's easy to throw folks under the bus and say they're lazy, "just like some folks whose parents gifted them huge inheritance and so they don't understand the struggles of the underprivileged". Society must provide opportunities for the underprivileged to also utilize their abilities to get out of poverty.
I could type an entire thesis on this. But I hope you get the point.

@@punchberg5382 Well, I won't disagree with you on that. Yes, it is a thing of the mindset but the little I've read about some of the wealthiest folks in advanced countries, they did get societal as well as parental support to make it. The percentage of people who mismanaged their parent's wealth and became poor are miniscule. They don't make up the larger population, statistically.
Government structures play an essential role in the wealth creation of individuals. If Ghana had excellent leadership who created great environments for success and the wealth wasn't just circulating among friends and allies, no one including myself would travel abroad in order to make it.

See, I trust in the believe systems that use to propelled people them to great heights. That said, sometimes we need to questions some of the sayings and believe systems that we repeat. To say God has a purpose for everyone is to truly ignore reality and what’s true about real life. I mean each and everyday many people die of hunger and poverty. Each day many also die of crime; as victims and as perpetrators. Do we then say God had plans for them? These are great interviews but they are not asking the practical questions that people can follow to really excel. Most of what makes people successful is the way they think. The way they see obstacles. Success in any endeavour requires an individual to see things differently than others who failed in that pursuit. After washing dishes and cutting grass in the so called “money counties” Germany, his will to succeed heightened. His mindset became stronger. He talked about the concept of mental images, describing how he imagined himself as a successful person. And that he believed that by holding on to that image, it empowered him to work hard towards his dreams. Many fail because they do not hold any image of themselves beyond their current situations. They see themselves as poor and as such they find it difficult to move beyond that state.
