- Euro NCAP performs a series of safety tests on light commercial vehicles:
Active safety is tested based on the van’s equipment: Autonomous Emergency Braking Systems (Car-to-Car, Pedestrian, and Cyclist scenarios), lane support and speed assist technologies, and Occupant Status Monitoring (Attention Assist and Seatbelt Reminders).

Firstly, the GLS 2023 is the same car as the GLS 2019, so look at it.
Secondly, it's a mondial/european organism for the society, not a UA-camr, so your asking will not be considered, since they (EuroNCAP) crash-test cars when a new model/generation come out.

Their entire purpose is to check a car's safety in tests that are specifically designed to mimic real life scenarios, and vehicles MUST pass their tests in order to be certified for legal road use. You really think they don't know what they're doing?
