The Godfather was the highest grossing film of that year, it was a freakin' blockbuster and so was citizen kane, Psycho ,Seven ,Apocalypse now,Forrest gump etc and if those movies would've released now then would hardly got broke even and I mean a director like martin Scorsese didn't get a budget for his movie and All the good movies this year like west side story, House of gucci, nightmare alley and last night in soho got disaster.So yeah because of this time artistic movies aren't going good now and then they did.Majority of people don't watch these movies, and some who do also watch these movies at home and go only for movies like God vs kong,black widow,shang chi and nwh.
Ikr even Spielberg's movie floped at box office big studios are almost stopped making artistic movies n even if they do it got floped.the bnftv is a review channel If he can make 5 videos on nwh, can't he make a quick review on West side story or the last duel or the power of the dog?
@@E-NIS690 That's exactly the point bro we all are superhero fans but that certainly doesn't mean we can watch that whole time.Some movies just makes us feel good or teach us sonething or we can appreciate something new that happened in that film but what if we are just in an ecosystem where these kind of movies aren't talked about and guys us will watch it and I bet they watch some of these movie too if not all but they don't share so new people with that intrest won't take interest in these movies.Now a days it's important for a movie to be in the conversation so that it can perform well in the box office.
