Their work ethic is legendary.
Not only are The Hives a killer live band, these guys are the funniest brothers in rock. The Almqvists are like if Liam and Noel Gallagher could appear in interviews together without wanting to punch each other's lights out.
Saw them at the Emirates before the Monkeys and they were exceptional. So much nostalgia, even as a 29 year old - their songs are fantastic.
I've seen these lads opening for offspring in 21. They were amazing. But I went out to see them 2 weeks ago in a little venue and let em tell you. Best gig of my life. Can't wait for another gig. One of the last proper live bands out there.. They're miles ahead of the monkeys at least live.
There nothing out there like this , has anyone not come away from a hives gig grinning like a kid ! 🇬🇧✌️
I’ve gotten to meet them a few times and they’re exactly like this which has always been wild to me how larger than life they feel in performance and in lore and how easy going they actually are. No rock star egos to them offstage.
I'm so happy they're back not just because of a killer album but a press tour and more hives content!
The greatest band this century, the ten year wait was worth it, "The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons" is a #1 LP and record of the year easily.

I have been to stadium shows where the support bands (famous ones) pretty much get ignored. Not with The Hives! The Monkeys were great but The Hives created an electric atmosphere.
The monkeys were a not very real group but considering the show was stupid great and Neil diamond wrote some songs

Thanks for the info, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria/angioedema was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
