Pasta with Stuffed Squid | Italian Style Recipe 🤌

Happy to be with you all every Friday on your channel @luluchyTV. Today, I took the risk of making pasta with stuffed squid. Honestly, it's the first time I've tried a recipe like this, but since we're here to learn and take risks together, I loved the result.
This dish is a perfect combination of seafood flavors and the exquisite texture of al dente pasta, all accompanied by a succulent stuffed squid filling. Let's dive into the preparation of this Italian culinary gem.
What will you need?
1 box of cleaned squid
300g of pasta (for two people)
For the sauce:
3 tomatoes (I used one beefsteak and two Roma)
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 onion
1/2 spring onion
For the filling:
1 egg
150g of grated cheese (melting cheese)
50g of breadcrumbs
Oregano
Water (as needed)
