For the Charlotte Tilbury wand a good dupe would be the Milani-liquid contour. It offeres a few more shades than the Tilbury one but they also sell them as concealers and highlighters too. They blend out just as well, have great pigment, and look just the same for around $11-12

But I also agree, that there are a lot of affordable brands with good quality and also very shitty among the high-end ones, but I would be thankful if you also told us about the way it looks on skin after a few hours)))) I live in the Middle East, and I can say, that Fenty foundation products look not very good after an hour of running errands, but Dior stays on your skin and looks great! As a Canadian,I can confidently the prices for drunk elephant are INSANE HERE!! For some of their moisturizers they are 50-95$ and those drops here are 65$!!😮😢😅
