How to Make Canvas Board for Painting at Home || DIY Handmade Canvas Board

Welcome back to "Priyanka Craft House"!
Today, I am going to show you how to make a canvas board for painting at home. This is a simple and cost-effective way to create your own canvas board using materials you probably already have at home.
Materials Needed:
Cardboard
Bukram (a type of stiff fabric)
Fevicol (or any strong adhesive)
Instructions:
Prepare the Cardboard: Cut the cardboard to your desired size. This will be the base of your canvas board.
Attach the Bukram: Spread Fevicol evenly on the cardboard and carefully place the Bukram on top, smoothing out any wrinkles. Make sure the fabric is tightly stretched across the cardboard.
Trim and Secure: Trim any excess fabric from the edges and ensure all sides are securely glued down.
That's it! Your DIY canvas board is ready for painting.

U have to apply gesso on it before painting.... Then It will be like real canvas..

How long will this last without bending ? How sturdy this will be ?
Small canvas board will last long. Use hardboard. And for large canvas board, never buy them. Better to buy stretched canvas for large paintings.
These canvas board'll not bend.. they r hard & vry easy to use.. try it once👍
About ten years, it yellows. Twenty and the cardboard is eating the canvas. Thirty and the glue is cracking under the canvas, Forty and you have artwork delamination... Take your pick, one of these will happen and do your art in. Put a love emoji on this comment...
