Cosy place where markers and post-it are provided to us to draw anything. We saw a post-it note seeking a istri. Abang, may your wish come true soon!
I like the 4 flavors of bread and the overall vibe of the place.
01:24 Se’side Resto
Located inside Maximillian Hotel. We ordered their signature dish, Ikan Colo Colo and the usual zi char dishes. The Sotong Goreng Tepung is nice, crispy on the outside and tender inside. Enak sekali.

Finally, I got to try their toast. Nice place and nice food.

Nice comfort food.
03:50 Ai-Cha
It was their grand opening when we went. I had their Hawaiian fruit tea, a refreshing drink with passion fruit pulp and jelly.

May I ask are there taxi over there ?

Hi! So far I have yet to see a taxi in Balai but we have taken a few times with private drivers that ferry passengers for a fee. After we clear immigration, there will be people asking if you need a taxi. We tell the private driver our destination, and the he will quote us his fee, so far so good for us. Hope this helps and sorry for the late reply.

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. Most of the time we stay over at my in-laws’ place. We have tried Ashton Karimun City Hotel and Hotel Maximilian and we prefer Hotel Maximilian.
