- The Bühler TAS universal cleaning machines have been proven and tested worldwide for grain cleaning in single-grade or dual-grade operations without screen changes. This rugged line of machinery is ideally suited for pre-cleaning and the main cleaning cycle in collection and reception plants, port facilities, mills, silo and storage facilities as well as seed processing and malting plants. The design features of modern sieve machines, for example, grain cleaning separators of the ТАS series, allow grain to be brought to elevator condition when the volume of clogging of the processed material is no more than 1-2%.
In the body of the machine, as a rule, there are several sieves:
reception - for the removal of coarse (large) impurities by descent
sorting (one or more) - for the separation of grain mass into fractions
sowing - for the separation of small impurities
In addition to the body equipped with sieves, the separators of the ТАS brand have a pneumatic separation channel. The grain mass enters it after cleaning on sieves and is blown through with a powerful stream of air, clearing it of light volatile impurities.
To clean the screen frames, rubber balls are used, jumping on mesh fordons.
The weight and dimensions of the machines, with high productivity, are small.
High-quality and efficient grain processing is possible in one approach.
