- Whether you’re Gordon Ryan, Keenan Cornelius, or Leandro Lo, odds are that in the sport of Jiu Jitsu, the best in the world have been submitted at least once. But of course, there’s those who somehow manage to avoid this route of defeat for their entire career. At the top of this list are two elite brothers who defy the odds.

Met them in person not that long ago… awesome genuine dudes, you can tell they have deepest of love for pure bjj
Ive never met them but they've always seemed like humble guys
flexibility is so damn under rated, crazy Gordon doesn't stretch
Gordon mentioned in a podcast/instructional that he stretches just enough to be able to maintain flexibility for guard retention.
He’s pretty flexible considering
Great video! The Miyao brothers are insane
Thank you!
Wow! Absolute champs
🤛 Yup they are!
They should be sponsored by Tylenol and Aleve
😂😂😂😂 💀
Didn't Keenan put one of them out?
Yup he did. But, i was referring to everyones' career as black belts in this video. I should have clarified that better.
@@DeepDiveJJ Yup. Even Roger got tapped as a blue belt.
Keenan put Joao to sleep once and armbarred him two times with a similar armbar from 50/50 at brown and purple belt
I get kind of sick seeing them not tap to things actually
I think we all do 😂
Never been submitted, but at the cost of their bodies and a low submission rate.
Yea, definitely a big cost to pay for their bodies. Btw, what do you mean by low submission rate? Nearly half of their wins are by submission.
@@DeepDiveJJ BJJ Heroes Joao (52%) Paolo (35%). It's low IMO, considering they also compete in IBJJF tournaments, which should raise their finish rate given they could be matched with unknowns.
@@0b3ryn29 That is true. I was actually pretty surprised to see the difference in submission percentage between the two.
