You can visit all the attractions and areas that are open during the day. Notably, only the iconic Sting Alley in New York zone will not be accessible as it is closed during this period.

Nope, the "after dark" format is Halloween Horror Nights this year.

Check the USS app on the day of your visit, as the schedule is not fixed across the week. During my visit, it was at 12:30pm, 2pm and 4pm.
