So far mine does not look like this or when I go to a professional, I do warm the water as my wife does not like cold or room temp water and I have used Lavender salt, and the E level is between 1.3 and 1.7 but at the end of 30 minutes it just looks like pee, lightly colored, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong before I send this back. It mean that it has alot salt the parameters are 1.4 1.5 maximo
