So colouring your hair damaged it? I have heard before that people who colour their hair need to do protein treatments to keep it strong. You need to be doing some protein and moisturizing deep conditioning’s. At least once or twice a week. I don’t know what your hair regimen was so I can’t really tell you that you didn’t do this or that, but I have a feeling that protein treatments would’ve helped if you weren’t doing that before.

I do use protein treatment I even have some on my channel but I coloured my hair multiple times and after that I became very sick so I couldn't care for my hair for sometime at the time I felt i am strong to care for my hair I discovered my hair has gotten damaged and I don't have the patient to wait for repairs so I just thought of starting all over again instead of wanting to repair the hair.
