I'm sorry to tell you, but a blood transfusion works in one direction only. There is no mixing of donor and recipient blood possible.during that process. It is not simply an open hose connection between two people. In the interest of keeping things believable, a bit of research is advisable prior to and during the formulating of a storyline. You can see by the backdrop picture you selected that the female is a humanoid mammalian. Blood does not have the necessary components to fertilize an egg. By the simple look of her, sexual activity would be required to impregnate her, not a blood transfusion. Again, let's keep things believable. You may have to add in a line stating that Marcus jumped-her while she was unconscious on the med bay table... Hahaha! (#kidding) The picture is not that of an asteroid field, nor of an ancient space vessel as stated in your composition. It looks more like a desert wasteland to me. Backdrops should complement and visually support the storyline, but never be in contrast to it. I don't have the time to continue this. I have my own creations to formulate by deadline. Good Luck. Experience and classes in literary composition will make a big difference. Seriously.
