    Patch notes:
    Techno Patch:
Kick - Kick All using fine tuned short length decay ramp from Rampage into tune to create faster pitch envelope.
Bass - Even VCO (bottom row) using attenuated noise signal into FM (to create roughness) and rampage envelope into V/Oct, triggering every 1/4 beat to create rolling bass patern.
Lead - Lich with dub techno delay chords patch (left Lich). Patch that creates triangle chords, with filter decay envelope, followed by ping pong delay to create dub techno style chords. Triggered by Burst EOC output (Burst was pinged to a x4 clock signal) this creates a polyrhythm.
Effect sound - Even VCO (top row) with long LFO to FM in order to create long rise and fall, and fall of spare ramp from Rampage to give multi trigger effect. Then sent through reverb (right Lich in R) to multiplexed signal Mux IOs. (displayed in video at 5:19)
Snare 1 - Kick All with white noise sent to tune (fine tuned), triggered with all gates out signal (same trigger as kick) run through Muxlicer all in, to achieve multiplexed signal.
Snare 2 - Percall - Noise with CV´d HP filter through Percall, trigered by two (or three) individual gate out signals, in order to achieve snare layering. Then routed through reverb (right Lich in L)
High Hat - Percall - Noise to Percall strip 2 triggered by clock out signal. Strip 1 shares kick trigger to create an envelope, this also allows the achievement of offbeat high hat through choking (observe when choke switch 1 is activated/deacivated on Percall). Then hat is sent to a reverb (with the snare right Lich in L)
Additional note - To achieve side chain Percal strip one is being triggered with same kick trigger. Then the envelope out is sent to the dual attenuverter and completely attenuverted. This signal is then multied, and sent to a VCA on the bass, and Left and Right of our Lead sound (VCA strips 1, 3 & 4) to give our kick space.
    Trap Patch:
Kick - Kick All using fine tuned short length decay ramp from Rampage into tune to create faster pitch envelope (top rampage out A). This Pitch env passes through the ABC (2) to be attenuated and offset. This ramp and kick is fine tuned in order to replicate a trap style kick.
Bass - Even VCO (top row) Triangle and Sine combined, FM from snare envelope (via Percall env out 3, the 2nd snare envelope) passing through Dual Attenuverter for attenuation and offset. Then side chained to the kick.
Lead - Even VCO (both) through Ping Pong Delay (Lich right):
    1. Square from Even VCO (top row) with AM in VCA from spare Rampage falling envelope, sent to Lich In L.
    2. Triangle & Saw from Even VCO (bottom row) to Percall strip two, triggered by non quantized triggers from the Burst (with probability and time CV) sent to Lich In R. These two signals fight for priority in the Lich making the delay unpredictable and change abruptly. This ping pong delay also has CV on tempo and feedback.
Effect sound - Noise sent to Mux Ins for multiplexed signal choking, basically sounds like a snare.
Snare 1 - Kick All with unique noise sent to tune, triggered with clock out signal (same trigger as high hat). With high hat env out (Percall strip 4) modulating decay. Signal sent to Muxlicer all in, to achieve multiplexed signal.
Snare 2 - Percall triggered by Muxlicer steps 3 & 6. White noise through BP filter with fine tuned cut off CV. This volume envelope also is our bass modulation, hence the bass raising pitch when snare 2 triggers (reffer to Bass above).
High Hat - Percall strip 4, triggered by Muxlicer Clock Out. Unique noise with CV´d HP filter. Precall volume envelop CV´d and manually changed.
Additional note - Bass is constantly on, side chained to the kick using the same technique used in the Techno patch (attenuverted env from Percall to VCA)

This is definitely the best sequencer to let your system actually interact with other modules. Was looking for a long time now for a sequencer as compagnion to the keystep pro which is so great yet unfelxible to react on inputs autonomously. Thats why your sequencer is really something apart from others like varigate or Metropolitan which are great but kinda unable in terms of input intetfaces.

You think it’s worth swapping varigate for this?

Awesome video, always good to see content from Befaco. Looking forward to picking up some more DIY modules in the coming weeks. A few questions for you:
    1. What module are you using for your noise source? Lich?
    2. What is that amazing looking module in the upper right (named ----- PLETHORA)?
    Thanks!

From an ultra-secret module that will be releasing soon :D

Some actual patch notes for that first patch would have been useful as, try as I might, I cannot vary the number of gates per step with the sliders. And yes, I have rtfm…
