Hi Mike , things are coming together very nicely. I like the water tower sound and movement make layout come to life. I noticed that you changed your music on your intro. Works for me. Thanks for sharing. Have a good day.
Looking good you did a lot Mike. I always like the addition of action it make you fell more like you are really modeling something. It looks as if Gavin is coming right along on his layout too.🎉
Hey Mike. I like what you have done. That water tower is cool. And like you said, those that don't like it don't need to look at it. That's your railroad, you do what you like. That scene is gonna be awesome. I also checked out Gavin's latest video. He's making good progress. Looking forward to the next update from both of you.
Mike that scene is going to look awesome, nice job... also I like how you carried the look of the painted facia around the room. Nice artistic touch and imagination.... joe
Hi ya Mike. I loved all the animated accessories in the “ old “ days. There should be more available. Kids of all ages enjoy them. The foam tip is appreciated. Great way to fill in to track level. I was pleasantly surprised to see Gavin post a video. Thanks for the update. See ya next time.
Great work! And, dang it Mike, Thanks fer havin' us! And I really like the water tank! I love the admonition: If ya don't like it... don't look at it! 😶🌫
Dear Mike, never mind the procrastination ‘effort,’ really like what you’re putting together in the engine maintenance facility. Love the impact of the water tower, cool sound files. If people find it too Lionel, well my eyebrows raise and want to ask the question; why do they invest in sound decoders for their locomotives? Anyhow, humbly think such animations add to a layout, the quality of the movement of the spout looks great. The flowing water sounds good like it is. Can imagine though that on location you wanna muffle it. Cool to see the fueling line and the sand tower painted the way you did. Always amazed by your N scale paint jobs. Interesting to see the foam laid out, definitely gives a good feel on the visual impact of the facility. Curious for your next episodes. Cheerio
Really excited to see you bringing the ground up to track level. Wanted to let you know: Michaels in Indiana is selling 1/4" cork in 12x12 squares. It is not really modeling grade, but better than nothing.
One more question about this awesome layout. How do you access the back left corner to paint the foam, place buildings, fix scenery, do the detailing, etc...
Man, this is AWESOME and any youngen would be tickled to pieces to push the button and use the water tower, including me! Track work is amazing, and the ash pit is over the top. Question though: how many inches deep, to the furthest track, is the turnaround on the left (that this video is focus on) and how deep is the yard part that you scanned down to the right? I'm trying to nail down my benchwork width so I can get started with mine! Thanks for any info
This is golden info for me. I have rewarched this layout scan 40 times already LOL. Awesome track layout with neat looking industries and service facilities! 👍💪👌😎😉
No, I was just kidding. What I cannot find (as you too cannot find) is cork for roadbed. I have been using scraps fitted together. Ballast will cover the goofy look. Lesson -- never throw away those scraps of cork roadbed.
Good job on the Ash Pit.👍
Don’t Rush Perfection.🤘
What You did on your Layout I love What you did it Looks Sweet. Keep up the Awsomeness.👍👍👍👍.

Really excited to see you bringing the ground up to track level. Wanted to let you know: Michaels in Indiana is selling 1/4" cork in 12x12 squares. It is not really modeling grade, but better than nothing.
Thanks so much. We no longer have a Michaels.
Thanks , Mike
Looking good Mike. The WS foam substitute for the cork seems to have worked out.
Thanks Craig , It looks good so far.
One more question about this awesome layout. How do you access the back left corner to paint the foam, place buildings, fix scenery, do the detailing, etc...
Everything is accessed from the front or from the underside. That is why I try to keep the back simple and done first.
Mike
Going to look good Mike, when it's done. Bob
LOL, Is that what we are supposed to do???
Man, this is AWESOME and any youngen would be tickled to pieces to push the button and use the water tower, including me! Track work is amazing, and the ash pit is over the top.

The very back of the engine house part is max 3.8 feet , the yard width is about 28-30 inches
This is golden info for me. I have rewarched this layout scan 40 times already LOL. Awesome track layout with neat looking industries and service facilities! 👍💪👌😎😉
@@NitroStarGT Thanks Brother !!
Am I the only viewer who is astounded seeing your Doppelganger on your T-shirt?
LOL Steve and I are doubles !!
Now I see why Kato track is in short supply. All of it seems to be on a layout somewhere in New Mexico. LOL
Kato track is not in short supply. What did you need??
Thanks , Mike

Like the ash pit.
Thanks Chaz!!!!
Hey Mike had a question On the fueling area lights, did you use cool or warm types. Thanks
Warm .
where you get the foam?
We ordered it in our shop. We only do N Scale but Walthers has it.
