Shroud procs can only trigger once per target per ability. Meaning that each time he cast the 3 or 2, it procs from each minion hit once, that's why you see the sudden burst of health when he cast it each time the abilities are off cooldown, same with Cab 2.
This reminds me back in the day when Cabrakan could build sac shroud with Rangda’s mask for true max damage.
