    Palak ka Dhokla 👇
    Ingredients:
    • 1 + ½ Cups or 250gms Raw Rice
    • 1 bunch palak
    • ½ cup + 2 tbsp Curd
    • ¼ Cup Semolina
    • 1 Tsp Ginger
    • 2Pc Green Chilli
    • 1 Packet Eno
    • Salt as per taste
    For making Garlic chutney:
    • 20-25pc garlic
    • 1 big size onion chopped
    For tempering:
    • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp Urad dal
    • 6-7 Curry leaves
    • 2 Dried Red Chilli
    • ½ Tsp asafoetida
    • 2 Tbsp Oil
    Mix Veg Palak Idli 👇
    Ingredients:
    For making idli:
    • 1 + ½ cups of semolina
    • 2-3 cups of chopped spinach
    • 200gm or 1 cup of curd
    • 2 green chilies, chopped
    • 1 tsp of ginger, chopped
    • Salt, to taste
    • ½ tsp of baking soda
    • 3-4 tbsp of water
    For sautéing:
    • ½ cup of cabbage
    • ¼ cup of carrot
    • ¼ cup of onion
    • ¼ cup of green capsicum
    • ¼ cup of red capsicum
    • ¼ cup of yellow capsicum
    • ¼ cup of spring onion
    • 2 tbsp of coriander leaves
    • 2-3 green chilies, split
    • 1 tsp of sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp of chili flakes
    • 1 tbsp of oil
    • 1 tsp of mustard seeds
    • 5-6 curry leaves
    Healthy Suji Sandwich without Bread 👇
    Ingredients:
    To make suji mixture:
    • 2 Cups Semolina
    • 200 Grams Curd
    • ½ Cup Chopped fresh coriander leaves
    • 2-3 Chopped Green Chilies
    • 1 ½ tsp Soda
    • Salt as per taste
    • Water as required
    To make filling:
    • 1 Cup boiled Split Chickpeas (Chana Dal)
    • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
    • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
    • ½ Tsp Asafoetida
    • 2-3 Chopped Green Chilies
    • 5-6 Chopped Garlic
    • 1inch Chopped Ginger
    • Salt as per taste
    No-oil Poha Nasta
    Ingredients:
    • 1 Cup Flattened Rice
    • 1 Cup Semolina
    • ½ Cup Curd
    • 1 Tsp ENO
    • Oil as required
    • Salt as per taste
    • Water as required
    For making tempering:
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • Few fresh curry leaves
    • 2 green Chilli slits lengthwise
    • 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leaves
    • 2 tsp oil
