INGREDIENTS:
For Cake:
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup/75 Grams
Oil (तेल) - 1/4 Cup/45 ML
All purpose flour (मैदा) - 1 Cup/125 Grams
Cocoa powder (कोको पाउडर) - 1/4 Cup/30 Grams
Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Vanilla essence (वनीला एसेंस) - optional
Milk (दूध) - 1 Cup/150-160 ML
For Icing:
Coffee (कॉफ़ी) - 3 Tbsp
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 6 Tbsp
Hot water (गर्म पानी) - 2-3 Tbsp
Chocolate (चॉकलेट) - Some
RECIPE:
In a pan,put a ring & Water then cover it for boiling on slow flame.Grease the Cake Tin with Oil/Butter.
In a bowl,put some Sugar Powder,Oil,All Purpose Flour,Cocoa Powder,Baking Powder,Vanilla Essence then mix them all by adding Milk in it gradually & make the Batter lumps free.Put the Cake Batter in the greased tin & keep the tin in the pan.Cover the tin with a plate then cover it with lid.Give steam to the Cake for 30-40 mins.Demould the Cake after 5-10 mins.Then keep the Cake in fridge for 1-2 hours.
For Cake Icing,take some Coffee and Powdered Sugar in a bowl.Add some hot water in it and whisk it continuously for 10 mins.Cut the above part of Cake then cut the Cake from the centre.Apply the Coffee Cream on the Cake as shown in video.Fill some melted Chocolate in a cone and decorate it.In this way,Dalgona Coffee Cake will get ready.
