FYI: The longest time in plank position is 9 hours 38 minutes 47 seconds, achieved by Josef Šálek (Czech Republic) in Pilsen, Czech Republic, on 20 May 2023.

They offer us to do a 2 min plank instead of 60 situps on our physical test. Imagine you do the plank and the instructor had to sit there for over 3 hours if you got to that point haha.

I do timed planks several times per week and my max is only about 3:30, but the second you adjusted or sank would end it immediately by my standards. I'd much rather see how long you could get with perfect form after a 30 day challenge.

If you go vegan you will do 3 hours minimum
being vegan sucks while workoutting, most of protein are in meat, and your body need lot of protein when workoutting to have better result, being vegan sucks in body building or workoutting.
