Man, who would've thought that this qualifier team would pull off the greatest Lower Bracker sweeps in TI history?
During this series.. I just watched 2 times high level base defense in 2 different games by Team Spirit. And watched how Team Empire fought their spot to TI. Team Empire was already on fatigued and exhaustion for almost 10 hours of playing. Still, kudos to Team Empire for their great lower bracket run. And now, there's still a hope for a Naruto run in TI!

Game 2 & 3 are the real definition of Defense of the Ancient! Gg to both teams! Both teams played out of their minds but sadly tho there’s only 1 slot for TI. Hate to see that but hope we can see more of Team Empire next year

Every average pro player plays 10 matches a day. This is just 8 matches with time to rest between. It's not hard. If it's hard for you, you're not a true gamer.

This is why i somehow hate with the new TI system, we"ll be missing some great underrated team like this. I was cheering for team empire from their lower bracket runs but also fascinated with team spirit. In fact i want both teams to qualify to TI, but we only have one team to get the last slot. And this will also goes for other region like EU and SEA. We'll missed some team, either it'll be liquid, nigma, og, tnc, or the teams that always participate in the last TIs.

I actually think the role fits well for his aggressive playstile, nowadays you can carry hard from pos 3 with these Broodmother, bristleback, new Axe, Sandking and kind of Necro picks, they all scale very well and have huge impact in lategame.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to click in this video, because their not popular teams like liquid, og, secret, VP, nigma etc, but I saw the hole video and omg, such talented players, the invo at game 2 was very good, collapse it's a genius and very good Dota at a high level, I'm glad I clicked on this video.
I like TorontoTokyo as well he seems to set up a lot for his team, the tossback on the ancientcreep as tiny was very nice.

Team Spirit is definitely a team to watch out for. At the last major they took consistently took games off from several tier 1 teams. Also, it's fun to watch torontotokyo play mid. That guy is rly something else

why they pick a kunka for game 5 last pick.. wouldnt be better for a magnus so spectre could farm a bit faster and could counter initiate agains team spirit? or maybe Centaur or Elder titan
They didn't play with him a lot, but use Kunka instead. And there is a place, where Kunka is much better - creating chaos. With his shard, scepter and ship fleet, he can create massive chaos in the fight, which works great with the specter.

This is EU East Qualifiers (CIS Region). Nigma, OG, Tundra and Liquid are all EU teams that will play in the EU West qualifiers in 2 weeks.

Spectre only needs to focus on backlines (mostly ranged ) where Skadi will help very much with the ms reduction , also lina had satanic and bkb both of which Skadi is a counter, once PA bkb gets kited , BM is enough to kill PA.
spec need stat items. i never once saw a pro player go mkb rush on spec
why mkb tho, spec got desolate that have true strike. buying mkb is a waste on spec

They took a game off of both LGD and Vici in the Animajor group stages. They have more than a month to prepare. We will see.
