Would put a more modern suspension ! Owned one for 3 years now - nothing but a few loose screws ? He’s correct on extended 3 season use ( here in New Hampshire works well) . Perfect for couples ! Wife loves Kitchen and Storage ! Happy Camping 🤗

love the floor plan BUT.. for as expensive these are.. they sure cheaped out on stuff... cheap shower surround, cheap latches, cheap trim, cheap old windows, cheap drawers, just cheap crap... I should not be surprised... my Sister and Brother-in-law own a Grand Design 5th wheel... They paid a lot of money for that piece of crap, so many things have broke or failed in just 3 years.
