one game in a kpz 70, i blocked 3k damage from 1 grille 15 on mines lol, ended up winning the game haha pretty sure i got 6k blocked, did like 4.5k damage
I think the KV5 just went for sale about 3 weeks ago along with the T34 and the T26E4 which is when i bought it. And I was able to deal 6197 damage and block 2640 damage, in one battle. I aveaged 60-65 percent win rate in it after my first 40-50 battles. But then one day I was getting unlucky with my teams and they all died in 2 minutes, bringing me down to 56 percent win rate. I really enjoy playing in this tank, it can hold position very well. By far the best tank i have in my garage.
I've been using it credit farming in boss mode. Its not always ideal for the maps but doesnt really matter how well you do, you block so much damage the credit roll in regardless.
I get it in the bundle they sold some weeks ago, really cheap, T-34 (USA heavy) super pershing and the KV-5 for 7500 gold, with garage slots and fully equiped. Really nice tanks overall.
i had a game in the kv4 with 5665 blocked dmg on dead rail i blocked 4 tanks for the rest of the game on the heavy side behind one of the open rocks but i only did 2400 dmg
When I was using the AT 7 and when I saw I had to face a Kv-5 I ran but did some damage and ran and that is how much I’m afraid of the Kv-5 even though I used to have one in the past like 3 years ago but sold it
I using the tiger II and block around 5000 and deal 3000 in return, not too bad, i don't scare the kv-5 cus i like have bring a lot of premium (around 30-40% of the total shell amount) with my tank
Long time ago ,i open collect em all and get kv5 for just 1 500 gold, then i block 3-4k in my first battle. Overall kv5 is a stronk tank but need to avoid isu152(BL10) at all cost.
Got this and the t77 after selling my amx 1er prototype and my obj 907. And i got this the t77 and a dicker max and i love them. Im better in heavies. I suck in mediums and lightweights.

kv5 armor is pretty good but when the enemy players start to use premium shells its very hard to block dmg

The cupolas on the turret are easily penned. Competent players know how to deal with it.
Last year I blocked the same damage 5105 in the kranvagn and dealt 7201 damage
