Jack was one of them.
A friend of mine and I were discussing this case because we are both obsessed with it and obsessed with justice for these victims. She said she thinks that Jack D was having an affair with DM and they were both involved in this. This attack on these four victims was very personal, there is no way just some random person picked that house and walked in there and attacked for people when there’s usually so many more people there. Make it make sense. Also aren’t JD’s parents both doctors or is that JS? If K’s face was that messed up that shows so much anger towards her. The whole if I can’t have you no one can. JD could not stand the thought of her with someone else. DM and BF were supposedly very jealous of K and M.
Why would they not tell the parents why they are not returning their daughters property

Kaylee found something out and confided in Maddie and when Maddie got drunk she spilled the beans to someone that they trusted that was involved that they weren't either Kaylee wasn't sure of or she just was trying to keep everything quiet
Maybe "he didn't need to go upstairs" meant that K and M were downstairs on kitchen level or attacked outside, but he chose to go upstairs to look for something?
It is so common these days to have more than 1 phone, I wonder if there is more than one missing. Or if there were any returned that are not being talked about.
She texted JD” I will leave tonight with the dog”. They were not going to let her leave. Whatever MM said to Adam went right from his mouth straight to JD ears and hours later the girls are gone. This is just too coincidental.

Kaylee's phone has the actual Private Driver texts that would prove the man that is saying he is the Private Driver is really just the husband of some Moscow PD admin officer. More importantly, it may show if it was Kaylee that placed the 3:01 AM 911 call that is being held from the public. This phone, by itself, would send some people involved in the cover-up to prison, if the data is different than the story the police are giving.

@@1111TrueCrime There was a 911 call at 3:01 AM. They are officially saying that it was about the under-aged drinkers in the Band Field. However, we know them to just be crossing from the party right behind 1122. That is where Matt was hosting a party according to the video.
It may be that the noise was the sounds of the victims being murdered, or even party noise from Matt's. However, they will not release the call. So of course, it means there is a problem with Moscow being transparent with a 3rd phone call and it must be because it pertains to the Idaho4 in some way. We see the case appears to be a cover-up instead of an investigation, so it may be safe to assume the 3:01 call damages the narrative. If you want, I can give you contact info, so you don't have to type. I'll just erase it after you get it.
Kaylee may have turned her phone off to get a faster charge, if it was low, but then realized she needed it and turned it back on.
Also, the PD are lying about many things while they are trying to pin this on Bryan. Their language thus far is still open to just being mistaken about Bryan, in many sentences. It could be they are just lying about Kaylee's phone being off or off-line.

Thinking about the two who seemingly relocated to Spain, I remembered the case of Ira Einhorn who was convicted of the murder of his ex girlfriend in a Pennsylvania court. He blew bail by fleeing to Europe and was found living in France. He was eventually extradited back to the US but it has me wondering about Spain's extradition process. If the two who fled were discovered to be involved in this case, it may be a legal nightmare getting them returned to the US.
Just a thought.
According to Spanish law, extradition can only occur if the crime committed is a serious offence that is considered a crime in Spain as well, and the punishment carries a prison sentence of at least one year.
The extradition process is as follows:
The requesting country must present the extradition request to Spanish authorities within 40 days.

If the person doesn't consent to extradition, the High Court decides whether to extradite them.

I can’t get past 2 things…the way Steve and Jack D looked at each other on the stage at the memorial service and the fact that it has been said Steve searched Jack D’s body for wounds and scratches when he visited their home. It’s very telling of who he suspects. Maybe the whole family actually suspects him but they are trying to keep him close until everything comes out. You know keep your friends close and your enemies closer. They may not want him to know how they really feel. I don’t know for sure, just a thought. And who were those cowboys that were in the house and wouldn’t speak to reporters. Are they private investigators hired by some spoiled rotten college kids wealthy parents to clean up anything related to their son or daughter that just committed murder.

If drug enforcement in the area..maybe the use of a stingray that redirects cell phone activity. That's why the phone seems to go off network. Maybe they even called 911 and the call for help was blocked from going thru. Ask the feds drug task force.

I dont know if its just me, but when mrs G says about what has happened, she was gettinf upset and then said, " sometimes it just feels so real" i dont understand why she would say that, it is real unless its not all as it seems, very strange things to say, that it sometimes feels real, also i noticed that she said she was sitting in kayleighs room going through the 2 boxes of Ks stuff sitting on the floor and cryinf and smelling the stuff, but then she said, since this has happened, she doesnt and hasnt been in kayleighs room, she said she has opened the door and then shut it instantly as she cant go in there, the G family when finding out what had happened didnt actually go to moscow which i thought was very strange, and not long after they took a vacation, now i have never been on the train that there was a survivor, but if honest now. Am startimg to wonder if maybe now, there had been and rhere is a survivor KAYLEIGH, seriously all very stramge, great work again mama dee xx

I seem to remember the G’s said they shared phones or accounts. If true, they can get history of call & text logs, internet usage (dates, times, & duration) from carrier and with subpoenas can read text dialogue. I doubt this applies to burner phones, but I don’t know.

Imo, I think there were two or more people that did this. Dm is a huge part. I don't believe they were after Maddie. They had this planned long before the phone call. Probably, the only deal cut with informants , if any at all, was that Dylan and Bethany slept somewhere else overnight. Bethany may have gone over to her boyfriend's house or Sigma Chi, and Dylan may have gone over to Emma Bailey's. Emma may have been told what was going down, and of course would have Dylan right there with her over night, even though the PCA says she was at 1122 using the word "clad".
They may have actually been working with Emma previously on other informant things, like what face Demtreus makes when he farts and what she likes about it, and trusted them enough to take their silence seriously.
This would explain why the girls seem to have been dropped off at 1122 to find the door open and for the most part were unaware of what the conditions were like inside. If Dylan faints after having gone in there with Hunter, then it would seem to be her first time seeing it. So I don't believe she was there overnight walking around.
And if there really are texts between Bethany and Dylan from that night, I suspect they were planned and planned to have been exchanged at a time after the crime really happened to add to the 4 AM timeline that the cops seem to enjoy. IMO

At GT, KG was taking a photo of MM and trying to get the background of the Grub truck and inside the window of the GT.
Her phone could of died at 0252 & thats why it went off network and then why MMs phone was then used to call JD a few times.
Plus steve pays attention more to maxdie than his other daughter he had that can leave lasting trauma for a sibling to go thru

Attacker left print on phone so LE has it, or took phone after using it to TXT JD, or KG had video of attacker. Much data syncs with cloud so physical phone is less important.😊

Maddie's black coat was likely found on that fire hydrant because she might have been grabbed by someone outside the house or she was talking to someone outside the house and laid the jacket down there.

It was Kaylee dealing drugs. Kaylee had the luxary lifestyle not Maddie. Kaylee was dealing drugs out of house. Steve was the supplier. JJB was the supplier. Maddie flushed drugs. So yes, Maddie and Kaylee. Screwed over and Kaylee thought she was in the clear if she moved away. JJB had to get her and Maddie. Dylan got them back that weekend. That’s why they weren’t killed. Bubbly said allegedly the 2 roommates parents paid big to save them. Yes that whole town is a drug sewer. Don’t feel too sorry for the G’s they got their daughter killed. Steve G was the supplier making big bucks. They tried to get Steve but couldn’t he didn’t screw thrm out if 700,000 worth of money. IMO. Allegedly Steve lost a bundle of money in investments and owed JJB. This is a big organization. Thousands over the US. Allegedly SG worked for him. Called King Gonzo. He got his daughter killed imo. Also Maddie and Canada parents were arrested for dealing meth. It’s a fucked up group of people these kids are scared cause they know what happened.
