In this deck, often referred to as Karn Forge or Mystic Forge Combo, the primary strategy revolves around utilizing Karn, the Great Creator, The One Ring, and Mystic Forge to generate massive value and insane combos. Key cards like Grim Monolith and Basalt Monolith provide the necessary mana acceleration, while Mystic Forge allows for continuous card draw and combo potential. Paradox Engine further enhances this by untapping all nonland permanents whenever you cast a spell, enabling the deck to cycle through its components rapidly.
A standout feature of this build is the inclusion of Glaring Fleshraker and Vexing Bauble from Modern Horizons 3 (MTG MH3). Glaring Fleshraker adds an aggressive angle, pressuring opponents while the combo is being set up. Vexing Bauble synergizes with Mystic Forge, enabling additional draws and stopping the opponent from playing free interaction. The deck also leverages powerful lands like Urza's Saga, City of Traitors, and Ancient Tomb to ensure a robust mana base, supporting the explosive potential of the Karn Forge combo.

You can plus Karn to turn the opposing damping sphere into a creature, and then dismember it to unlock your whole hand

Man, I slapped fleshraker into modern prison tron the second I could and instantly got a much better wincon than the tradition ballista or time out lines. Im currently trying to figure out a pure storm list with this guy. Card is so underrated!

Bryant I don't think you should autoyield the paradox engine trigger with forge on the field. This would in turn cause you to miss a potential forge take land off the top and then untap the forge type of play. Granted I'm at the beginning of the video but it's a deck I play so often.
I feel like I did it in spots where I was already very far ahead, I do value my time here on this planet!

If you're already sacrificing your sideboard for karn (and there's better ways to do that anyway), why the sideboard monolith rather than a second bauble?
The deck needs monoliths to win so having a spare one comes in handy. Additional baubles aren’t bad tho.

When Bryant talks does anyone else get a noise in the back ground? To me it It sounds like a meat slicer (it's the only thing I can think of that it sounds like). I really notice it the second after he stops talking. Not just in this video but this is just the first time i've commented on it. Just curious if anyone else hears it and/or what could be causing it, is it the recording software or something else?

seems like a good deck this format needs to either present or prevent a win condition on turn 1. Turn 2 is just too slow.
