It seems that you have reached a new level of discovery in the past few weeks; ever since that first barge scrape. You are showing us all artifacts that I was never really aware of. That tiny thumb scraper blew me away. Not many people would have even recognized that one. I look forward to your new posts every day. Keep up the good work. It's valuable!
To demonstrate to your viewers just how rare it is to find 3 shaft scrapers in a month, I've found only 2 in 60 years of hunting around the Susquehanna River. One of them I found only 2 years ago. Man Rocks you're really killing it. And that's not to mention all the other tools and points you've found
Well. This is the thing. I didn't say they are the rarest flint tool. An Ohio Author did. That really has not looked that much, They are not as rare as you think. Not when you are looking everyday like a job. I may find 10 more man. Next week
Man dude. I loved that Jar you found. I watched that video along with the last few on my tv...so I couldnt really comment with an xbox controller. Man dude...that was SICK. Even with that crack....its still a year maker in my opinion. You could get that resotred........EASILY and it would not be that much. Easy fix. Easy to ship thaty size too. You should get that fixed....for a video. And send a few things. I know id be into watching that.
Yea. I could never find one again. I went 10 years at one point finding 0. Id say I have maybe 12-15 real nice ones now. Ill have to count and do a video on them all.
Yea. I had to get better footage. This stuff is IMPORTANT. Big Time. Hopefully here soon.....I iget this stuff into a museum. There are going to be GRANTS applied for. I will do this RIGHT. None of this will be sold. It will go on display
@rockscousteau ...yea well I watch you on a 65in OLED TV ...It look like squirrel man could walk thru the screen. Great definition. You been getting museum quality pieces and professionally display them. Awesomeness 👌
@@rockscousteau the past month has been average??? That’s the best run you have ever posted!! It’s like you’re reinspired.. Iv never seen you find so much in such a short amount of time..
That red, yellow, & green is a naturally occurring color combination in Jasper. Might not actually be heat treated, as the other colors weren't affected. Great artifacts you're finding!
That mustard yellow with the orange and reds (and the green) looks a lot like Hardyston Jasper…not sure if the green occurs with it commonly or not…it’s a lot of green. Beautiful
I am just digging all day man. Just think about it. I get up and instead of going to work. I put in 8-10 hours of digging. That is how I found so many marbles. Just digging my azz off. Now after digging those holes in the dump. I am a machine. It is almost guaranteed....I find something every trip. At least one nice find per hour. All this comes down....IS TIME SPENT. And I dont think we have to many full time Arrowhead Hunters here. I think we have dudes that ygo out once a week....and are full of sh1t....Not all. But most.

I recovered a beautiful pink red color broad base big sandy haafted shaft scraper. Its the rarest tool form of an early archaic side notch point we have seen. I find blunted early archaic side notch/big sandys more than any other blunted point type. Got tons of big sandy blunts, only one shaft scraper and its awesome. Its definately an exceedingly rare tool form. Up there where youre at, i see that particular tool form is obviously rare but more common than here in middle TN. We dont have any certain culture or point types where that is a common tool type. Id imagine i know the answer to this question but are they ever polished on the inside working edge like blunted points often are?
Are the points and scrapers and knapped material coming FROM the fire pits or are the fire pits just an indication of an occupied area and the tool making occurred somewhere in the area?
That scraper is awesome and I love the squirrel man!!!

I just am not going to the dump. And staying all day on the river. This is just how it usually is if I stay out all day. Nothing really new

Now that you pointed out that that 1/2'd scrapper looks like a dog, I can't un-see it ! It looks like a little terrier dog ! :~)
Oh it does totally. You can even see the face. And of course....many people who found it....would call it that. LOL
Hi Rocks Cousteau you found any more Arrowheads?
More than I can count Sharon.
Awesome Rocks congratulations 👍🤣
You just keep on finding the best. Shaft scraper is awesome, and the little black scraper. Perfection. Smokin' Thanks, Rocks

Indication. The artifacts are associated with it "Around them"
What happened to squirrel man ? I never noticed when he was much younger that limp. Did he get hurt while you’ve had him?
He had a leg break from a calcium deficiency. He fell out of a tree when he was little too. He is ok now
The shaft scraper is so rare and such a beautiful piece, Rocks! A great find for all the tons of earth you moved. The new camera is great!❤
