So sad such early days of such a hugh loss. Remember u are not alone so many of us are going through this so reach out.Speaking to others who have experienced loss of a parent really helps, I lost my dad 10 months ago so speaking to other's who have expereinced this loss brings so much comfort as we can all relate and help each other.
Remember one day at a time and it the beginning be kind to urself it might be one hour at a time, grief is like a rollercoaster so just go with the motions. Talk to ur mam she will hear and help u xx
