I spent a year maintaining an art practice around the Full Moon. It usually started with learning a little bit about the astrology of the moment and then just kind of paying attention to my life for a few days around the Full Moon. Then, gather some friends and supplies on the night of the Full Moon and draw / paint / craft-whatever-with the Moon and our feelings in mind. It was always very revelatory and lovely to bond over sharing work with others.
My ritual for letting go of something is: I write it down on paper, than brun it in a Fire. For letting go of my self doubt I wrote: I'm letting go of self doubt I'm letting go of self shame I'm letting go of self hate
