They were neither kidnapped or abducted because they physically agreed. However, the crime (felony) was committed once they got there. If they were forced in a car and held by g$n point at the park and made to go that house then it would’ve been abduction. I think they blame themselves and are ashamed it happened to them and that's why they haven't pressed charges. Hopefully, these videos are found by the prosecutors.
