What is your favorite "Hauntingly Beautiful" song?
Three of them weren't blind auditions as written in your title. However it's really hard to me saying what I prefer as all of them are wonderful singers with astonishing voices that clearly come up from their hearts. I might say... number 4, but only because I know that song and I like it a lot. Thanks for uploading.

@Yolonda Morris she's not blind... the audition was a "blind audition," meaning that the judges' chairs were turned around while she sang to them. They couldn't initially SEE who was singing, and they had to then decide if they were impressed enough with the voice to hit the button to turn their chair around to try to convince the singer to join their team of singers.
She sounds like a young Billie Holiday, before the drugs took the edge off her voice.

That rendition of Hurt was absolutely amazing. It is provenly difficult to convey sadness like Johnny Cash did, and this kid did it flawlessly.
Je remarque que souvent dans the voice Germany, les candidats sont trés bons, ils chantent en anglais parfaitement et ils ont une culture musicale étendue, souvent américaine ou bien rock. Je ne suis jamais déçue à leur écoute. BRAVO !

Autumn Leaves is a standard from 1945 (by Joseph Kosma) and sung by many jazz greats. I wish "The Voice" would take a little more care with its attributions.
Just as the last song was by nine inch nails, I think they are crediting the arrangement, but they should credit the writers as well.
Agreed and they all do it; they credit the last artist who performed it or who they think made it famous. It's irritating!

Both original artist, and arrangement is imperative. Eva Cassidy is absolutely deserving of credit with her arrangements, but she would never have dreamed of taking the original artist credit
We always do research on the origin of the songs, but sometimes we make a mistake. We try to credit the artist who's version is being sung in the performance. So, in this video we would say that Cody Frost is singing the version of Gary Jules and not the original song of Tears for Fears. The version of Autumn Leaves that's being performed in this top 6 is not in French nor an instrumental. It was first recorded in English by Jo Stafford. So, we should've credited Jo Stafford. We agree that Nine Inch Nails is the original artist of "Hurt" and also the version that's being sung by Noah Sam Honegger in this compilation. We've made the changes in the description (in-video changes are not possible, unfortunately) and we will double-check everything in the future. Thank you all for your comments. 😁

“Hurt” was written by Trent Reznor and done by the band Nine Inch Nails long before Johnny Cash covered it
Yes but at first Trent reznor was unhappy with the cover sung by The man in black, and he’s was the og EMO!!!! in the 50’s.
But when he saw the video and the state of the TMIB, and how his wife June Carter died not long after the video was made, he gave the song to TMIB, who himself died 6 months later after his true love.
And as a foot note, Ring of fire is him trying to tell the then married Ms Carter to someone else he loved her .
And it isn’t about drugs or his addiction to ‘speed’ which was jointly made by Germany and the US Army in the 2nd world war, they gave it to pilots flying the bombers over Germany, how apt eh,
When one sings and it touches you deep, an acid-like thing thrown to your eyes and tear flows like drizzling rain ❤yes! that singer is a singer by any of a song she delivers......voice is life, too. The 1st female singer did make me feel heavy in the heart, I felt her voice inside me.

The song "Hurt" was written by Johnny Cash and NOT NINE INCH NAILS and this version is different. FRAUDS! I HOPE HIS ESTATE IS SUEING THEM!

Wow the 1st girl had beautiful voice I had goosebumps on my skin and in my soul beginning to end and Deana sung beautiful which is rare for me to feel on a song I don't recognize it was perfect now Tears in Heaven Noone can outdo Eric Clapton I believe cuz he done this song over his son leaving earth way to soon so it was sung from his soul with deepest meaning and pain plus he's a classic.
