@@dionedavid724hi I just went to id and password in settings turned off the iTunes and AppStore and then turned it on again after I turned it on it said that I need to type my Apple ID which I did and then it showed me the Face ID in AppStore I SWEAR IT WAS A MIRACLE🎉
