Thanks for the reply. I don't believe I was able to get a red bottom ,even at a pretty high gain. I have an LX-9 with the new software. I see you guys didn't get a red bottom in your video demonstration either?
MarCum Technologies what is the likelihood my transducer is the problem? My cord is damaged, can the transducer operate for example at 70%? Thanks I'm advance for the quick reply

I have an LX-6 and my line was dotted. What could be the problem?
Try increasing the sensitivity and switch gain mode. If no change, would need to come in for service. Www.marcumtech.com/support
