God bless everyone, I was addicted to Phub for 3 years, the Lord set me free but this was only a result of seeking Him, and truly having an intimate relationship with Him. The more you surrender to Jesus and depend on Him for everything, the more you see a change in you. Also one thing is to rely on the Holy Spirit. He is God, your friend, your guidance, your teacher, ask Him to control your mind, when He does it leads to life and peace as it says in Roman’s 8:6. Yes you will fall many times but that’s what makes you stronger, Jesus’ strength is made perfect in your weakness. Submit to God, Resist the devil, and he shall flee. Don’t trust in your thoughts, anything that is confusion, tempting, rushing, angry, is not of God. Even if you do fall get back up don’t give into condemnation that’s what the devil wants you to do. As it says in Roman’s 8:1 “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Be safe brother and sisters God bless you all❤️

Appreciate the intention of the video, but I would like to add something here.... Humans want what they can not have, it is just the psychology we are born with, we want the lambo, the mansion, the hottest woman, money, etc etc etc. & as soon as you get it that "LUST" or what I call a craving, goes away.
This exact same thing applies to getting laid.... If you avoid it, its just going to make you crave it more, which leads to all of the bad things we see.
If you are 18-25 years old just have fun, enjoy life & get it out of your system because the older you get, the harder it is to get the woman you want.

Now I practice celibacy with my current fiancé and I can love her more in the order God created it and in patience until the day God brings us together as one. I feel like my love is more genuine and deeper now than ever
