This weapon could change the meta with the self heal and life steal being a DPS healer type.

Personally, I think the "Fan" was at mistake here as he assumed being a fan would not get him killed by the youtuber. But let's say for argument sake that he did not assume, that leave him with not clarifying it enough to the youtuber that he's a fan until he was almost dead as it can be interrupted as "last attempt" of hoping he'd not be killed if I showed him I'm a fan of his.
Conclusion: fan was mistaken, but the action the youtuber carried speaks volumes about his personality and how he deals with fans
