I love how this is one of the few songs in the game where the "Final destination" version of the song STICKS throughout until it loops. Most songs just have a big moment or a interlude during the transition then just goes back to normal.

The second I saw that jiggy bouncing on the floor in front of the donkey Kong characters, my heart dropped and I got immense chills. This was so special. I still can’t believe they are here.
Just thinking about the fact that they went through so much trouble to contact Grant Kirkhope himself to compose this song still sends shivers down my spine whenever I think of it, the song itself and the context behind it really brings a lot of joy to me, I'll never get tired of it.
These two are why I bought the DLC, I missed the bear and bird so much and I was so happy they finally made it in.
Banjo-Kazooie's reveal was priceless when it showed up in the E3 2019 Nintendo Direct. May the world and fans of the platformer genre be blessed with him!

Years later I don't know what's sweeping me back to these tracks but god damn if it isn't one of the happiest times in recent memory. The cheers, the crying, the hype and happiness seeing a character I've wanted since N64. 20 years later and this track lead the charge to giving me one of my most wanted child hood wishes. I'll never forget that day screaming and tearing up with my friends, franticly messaging people , coming into work having a lot of friends into smash too we all celebrated. What a fucking week that was.
Now we need a new game please.
Banjo & Kazooie are still my favorite fighters to have come out of Smash Ultimate's DLC. As someone who grew up playing the Banjo-Kazooie games,, it truly warmed my heart to see the day the dynamic duo finally came home.
