In this video I am sharing two very popular egg ghotala recipe. Ghotala is a very popular egg dish originated from Surat. First Recipe in this video is a exact street style egg ghotala recipe and the second recipe is lasooni green ghotala. Try both this recipe and you will get the exact street style taste and results.
For Street Style Egg Ghotala:
Ingredients:
For Half Fry:
2 tbsp Oil
1 Egg
1 tsp Green Garlic
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger Green Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Fresh Coriander
1/4 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
For Sabji:
1 tsp
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Green Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Ginger Green Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt
Water as Require
1 Boiled Egg
For Serving:
Pav, Chopped Onion, Tomato and Lemon
For Lasooni Green Ghotala:
Ingredients: (For Two person)
1 Egg
1 Boiled Egg
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Salt to Taste
1/2 Cup Spinach Puree (Blanch Spinach in Boiling Water for 3 minutes, Immediate transfer it to cold water and make puree)
Water as Require
For Tadka:
1 tsp Oil
3-4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Dry Red Chilly
