People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make every video one that you can fall asleep to. I tend to make fast asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video keeping it unpredictable, but intentional .This is what helps me relax most and hopefully you can find relief here as well!

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic (tapping/brushing/whispering) and visual stimulation (hand movements/lights/etc)

For me, it is the Big Mac Mac Sauce, dehydrated onions, shredded lettuce, two pickles on the top half and a slice of cheese on the bottom, topped with two meat patties cooked hours before all on a slightly stale bun.

I loooove the layered sounds. I've spent most of my ASMR experience without listening to layered sounds, so it's a nice change of pace! It fills a lot of empty space

100% prefer the layered. I love the visuals, but I'm mostly in it for the sounds since I mostly don't watch it, and the intense layered sounds just really hit the drowsy spot

layered sounds are great for tingles, non layered sounds are great for sleeping (not as stimulating but relaxing enough that my brain doesnt have to focus), at least in my experience
we need a 24 hour version of this for background noise been listening to it on repeat some days for years now incredible work
