In order for the spending to count for the meta partner program the ad accounts should belong to clients or to my Business manager? Or it doesn't matter at all as long as it is shared with my Business manager?
Doenst matter who owns it as long as its in your account and your agency manages it. I recommend to connect clients assets to your BM this way they own all their assets
Hi - thanks for the info. Question: you mentioned "don't run any ads or have any pages in your shell business manager. If you want to run your own ads, create a second biz manager and share it to the shell one" - I understand the concept but do you mean a second "Business Profile" in the same Biz manager dashbaord or a completely separate biz manager account tied to another Facebook user?? -Thanks
great deep question - I have 3x FB profiles and each of them have multiple business managers. If FB allows to create 2nd bm with 1x profile go for it.
@@kostimos Thanks for the reply. Right, I've thought about doing the same with multiple top-level FB profiles since as you know, random bans can happen at ad account level, biz profile level or biz manager. I could create a second biz profile to run "my own ads" and have the first biz profile be the "shell" but it still stresses me out that a potential ban on the "ads" biz profile could go all the way up to the biz manager and affect both biz profiles including the verified shell profile which I use for other clients. So for the multiple FB profiles, would they be all copies of your own personal one or do you mean "renting" from trusted partners who have given you access to their accounts? (truly bizarre the hoops people have to jump through on this system). Thanks.
@@JackMurphy-qv9kp yea its rediculous with FB but after you start spending a lot of $ issue go away. surprising right? Got all 3x personal (own) profiles with slight name variations. Kos Timos is one for example and is a shorter version of my name Konstantin. So you can do Jack X Murphy, Jackson Murphy lol you have to get creative.
@@kostimos Oh wow, all the "gurus" say that's a big no-no and FB wants 1 account per "real" user. Coming from big tech, I know firsthand how these companies are run and no one knows what really is going on - but I digress.
Are all your biz profiles verified then? If so, do you have separate LLCs for each or the same LLC?
And finally, are your personal accounts also ID verified (or the new "Meta Verified") - how would that work with the multiple accounts?

@@JackMurphy-qv9kp I do agree with 1 account per 1 user where everything is 100% legit. Our main account too is like that and connected to our agency BM. From practice though you MUST need multiple ones as a way of protecting yourself and your business due to complete random bans and shutdowns (with atrocious support FB provides)
noticed that the speciality wasnt able to be selected in your walkthrough... i had the same issue when trying to apply...
It randomly appeared after we crossed $200k per month ad spend
Hi - thanks for this amazing video, i run a small agency and i am a meta business partner, but still they suspended my personal account and restricted me from advertising so i could not manage my clients at all. on top of that as i was the only admin, i could not add my employees to take over. so basically i have this verified business manager just sitting there and cause me to loose one of my client. also ban was of no reason at all, i did not create any ad that could have violated policies for my client, all ads are working. tried reaching out to support but no help at all
now i have a questions
can i create a new business manager using a completely different personal account, ip address, machine and then verify that bm again with the same company details

In an ideal situation you have;
1st personal profile with BM #1 Account #1 (and you use this account solely to connect assets from other business) DO NOT RUN ANY ads in these ad accounts.
2nd personal profile with BM #2 Account #2 you can run your own ads or do whatever you like and connect it with the BM #1

For me I need to spend $8,000,000 not $2,000,000. Do you have any idea why it would be different?
the bar couldve been raised , when I applied it was $2M in last 6 months , honestly the support been as bad as usually lol. So the lowest tier is the one I recommend

@@FinanceSKM-je3dj yes going through that process atm, it happened randomly and asked if we can feature one of our clients, done the interview and its going through an application process. sadly the initial rep is gone now and Im not sure where the application is lol (typical meta) but long story short it happens randomly
