I bought a HP smart tank plus 555. After 5 months I had print problems with the black ink, Looking inside I found that the black ink pipe was full of bubbles. I guessed that as it stood there it was sucking air back through the print head as the ink ran back into the black reservoir. So I fitted a small non return valve from ebay just after the reservoir in the plastic pipe to prevent this. I had to clean the ink out of the pipe and the small valve that prevents ink running out if the head is taken out and the head as it was full of thickened ink. Always keep your reservoir full of ink as when you get air into it the ink starts to thicken, as it should or it would be a moist copy, and clogs pipes and heads. A print job once a week stops stagnation.
Sir, paano po kapag sa may scanner ung problem . May nasscan siya na black horizontal line na mahaba . Kahit wala nmn iniiscan? Pag nagphophotocopy , may space ung black na horizontal line then napuputol ung mismong phinophotocopy na papel ?

Thanks but when i open the lid the cartridges are not coming to the center position.
turn it ON then when the cartridge start to move you pull the power cord at the back to turn off the printer.
