Honestly, my head cannon is that Japan literally disbanded their military since they were like so much more on heroes than any other country. I mean, the United States still has their military stars and stripes is literally part of it so honestly, I think half of the event of the dark Deku arc could’ve been avoided with taking care of the villains if they still have their military.
