Hey girl! I hope you do see this because I wanted to say that there is itching embarrassing about having a fear of driving. I have to drive an hour to and from work M-F and it scares the hell out of me. I absolutely hate driving because it’s so stressful but I have found that changing my perspective from holding onto fear to reminding myself of how many people are doing the same drive every single day with to trouble and it helps me know that I am just as capable as any one else (and there are definitely worse drivers on the road than you 😉) Just be sure to check the oil in your car and make sure your fluids under the hood are all good to go and you’ll be right as rain! I like having a passenger with me that I trust as it helps ground me better and gets me out of my head. You’re going to do great! Sending my love from a new subscriber! 💗

I relate to you so much. This is anxiety. It was a time that pumping gaz was so stressing for me and my boyfriend was doing it for me. I did a lot of step to conquer this fear. Step by step, day by day, I push myself. I don't know why I was feeling suddenly this way for this...but I so understand what you are feeling toward driving! I have a crippling fear of driving as well, but this month I took a deep breath and booked my final driving test, Ive been practicing every day, and its been a load off my anxiety. I find it embarassing, but its been something that has been holding me back for awhile
Hi Becca. You got me motivated to declutter my closet today. I also deal with Hard Water, so I purchased on Amazon a showerhead that has 10 layers filter inside so the water comes out so soft now. My hair and skin feel so much softer. Since using it I haven't need to put body lotion on. Check it out, it's so easy to install too I did it myself. I switched to Nosecco and other zero alcohol wines and beers four days a week and I don’t miss alcohol and I get the same feeling at the end of a work day when I pour a glass of zero alcohol fizz into a proper wine glass!

Just wanted to say I live in NYC and would highly recommend checking out 9th Ave. in Hell's Kitchen for restaurants, there are so so many options for literally any type of cuisine you can think of and some great bottomless brunch spots. Also would check out Soho for shopping and the Bowery/Lower East Side for cocktail bars (Phebe's, Temple Bar, and Bar GOTO have some amazing drinks). And highly recommend the Botanical Gardens and Bronx Zoo as more touristy stuff to do. (:
