Only counts if you complete it, I had the same situation. I had cash with the panther statue, so I cancelled the heist and got the panther again, but this time with gold 👍

Let’s say I closed the game after seeing I don’t have enough gold with my statue. Don’t cancel yet, does cancel heist and scouting again remove the panther statue now or just change secondary loot spawns??

It doesn’t remove the panther statue, so you can keep trying till you have enough gold 👌
