Why are we still talking about Flores, we need to worry about all these injuries and winning a play off game.
You're 100% Correct
💯
Seems like media keeps pushing for more drama. Move on so it's not a distraction to the team
Why is this such a surprise to y’all? I thought it was common knowledge that Flores tried to sabotage Tua’s career.
The line isnt as good at the top as it was last year, but its much more deep this year. Already two men down, and still have Driscol and Lamm as backups not to mention Paul in emergency. I will feel a lot better once Brewer is back. Hopefully this is the year Eichenburg breaks out as an above average blocker 😂.
That first td in that rams game was like a spear through the receivers chest. it was apparent from his first game to anyone that watches the dolphins that Tua had the goods.
Barry, you are wrong, yes I do think he would through him out there to try to prove his narrative and ordered THE CODE RED 😮
Cam-Flo put Tua in against the Rams to try and prove that he was right about Tua being crap. If you remember Tua got body slammed by O’Donnell. Ouch.
Big O has been talking about the Brian Flores sabotage for years. Especially the Ram game
Big O aka Big Soft

Do you really think Flores threw Tua in there so that he could tell Grier and Stephen Ross "look he is not very good. Lets go get somebody else. " - That is exact what he tried to do!
I agree with Omar all fans were taken aback and upset that Flo made the change to Tua from Fitzpatric when he did. Another terrible leadership move by Flores. And it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he did it at that moment knowing he was placing Tua in a terrible situation so he could look bad justifying Flo's evaluation of Tua.
Tua 100 percent was saying Flores was trying to sabatoge him, whether he was or wasn’t is the only point of debate and I’m going to Trust tua thoughts on it as he isn’t the type to just make things up
Why not ask Ryan Fitzpatrick and ask why he thinks Tua was sent out to play against the Rams and a heavy talented defense at that time ?
All these players getting hurt . Someone don’t know what they are doing . Needs to be fixed .Mcdaniels need to Coach the team and stop worrying about calling plays .He never even looks up when the Defense is on the field from his clip board . Ridiculous !
Bruce Irvin was drafted in the 1st round as a SPR, right around the same area Chop was. Irvin played that role as a Super Bowl Champion. Getting off the field on 3rd down is a really big deal.
Enough! No more Flo talk…. Old news!
Just because Flores was initially O.K. with drafting Tua doesnt mean he wanted him at #5, and it doesnt mean he wanted him over Herbert. I think once Flo saw how the board fell, he was incensed Grier picked Tua and that was the basis for the entire relationship and how Tua was treated. So, to answer Barry's question, thats what happened. You only have to look at Herberts stats up to the point where Flores was 'forced' to play Tua, Herbert lit the NFL up his rookie year.
They were 10th in defense at the end of the season. Give credit where due. Before they got bombarded with defensive injuries to phillips, chubb, etc etc they were the 4th ranked defense in the league.
There was NO CONSPIRACY. In 2020 the Fins 2-3 playing a terrible 0-5 Jets team Week 6. The Fins won 24-0 but Brian Flores watched Ryan Fitz tragic throw 2 JNTs and nearly a 3rd vs a terrible team they should've hung at least a 50 Burger. They were up 21-0 in 1st half with a chance to go up 28-0, but Fitz tragic threw the first INT in the end zone with seconds left in 1st half. Threw one more INT 2nd half and almost a 3rd. Brian Flores wanted to Win games and he knew sitting at 3-3 could easily go south with FitzTragic doing tragic things. I remember throwing rolled up socks at the TV and yelling to put TUA in. Flores heard me yelling. Tua should've started Week 1. When they released Josh Rosen was the signal that Tu's hip was good to go. No CONSPIRACY. Flores wanted to Win games and wasn't going to with FitzTragic.
I am with Omar. Brian Flores did not Tua on the team from the beginning. So Flores decided he didn't like Tua from the moment he was drafted and Flores wanted to break Tua so he would quit or ask for a trade
Tua wasn’t even suppose to play in year 1 & still recovering from the hip. I kind of agree with Omar on this one. The timing was bad, the first play was an Aaron Donald forced fumble. Granted Tua didn’t play bad that game, held his own.
I'm semi convinced this team has been cursed ever since Jimmy Johnson passed up drafting the greatest wide receiver in the history of the game, Randy Moss, for horrible RB, John Avery. JJ wanted so bad to establish a Dolphin running game like he had in Dallas, instead of giving Dan Marino the greatest pure passer ever, the NFL's greatest deep threat and game changing player, those two together would have been forever married in the record books together and probably won a Super bowl together. It was so meant to be, but the stubborn JJ came to Miami to build a defense and kill the passing game and he did both in spectacular fashion. Miami Dolphins have suffered under this JJ curse of bad moves ever since then with horrible head coaches, again with JJ's mandatory pick of Wandstat, a guy that just sucked as a head coach as did every coach after him until Mike, and every QB sucked too until Tua. The GM's all sucked too. Now with the hope of some quality players and coaches we are still stuck with sub optimal GM drafts, and no team wins a Super Bowl unless it can draft well. You can't miss with your first and second round picks the way Miami has and expect to have a deep enough team to overcome injures. This team now has some fantastic talent but after that, nothing, really poor O-line, and worse depth, same with the D-line and that's 100% the attitude of this GM we have now. Soft in the middle is a bad place to be soft. This O-line will not support season long winning no matter how great Tua and WR's and RB's are, they need blocking and this line is at or near the worst in the NFL, once again. The best, most perfect NFL team ever, 72, was not based on how many speedy stars or crazy big strong freaks were on it, it was about good, smart players that were tough, solid team players. They never lost. This GM has no clue about smart team players on the line, chasing instead guys that don't fit together like a team should in favor of stars sprinkled in and never on the line. Anyone can run through holes, but only a great line can make those holes all day, everyday, as needed like champs do. This is a fun team to watch, until a few go down and the playoffs show up with no ammo left for opponents.
I hope they can steal some OL help off the waiver wires.
Great show Omar. Excellent content!
Did flores not say the week prior, "I would not start him, if he were my son." ? Then, have to start him the next week
It was def a week or 2 difference no more than a month
In 40+ yrs of being a Dolphins fan, I’ve never heard so many excuses for a player that Tua seems to benefit from.
Note on the conspiracy - recall this was the covid year. Bye week got moved from week 11 to week 5 due to cancellations. A front office with a “lets see what the rookie has” plan would know theyre arent going to be in contention in week 11, justifying a low pressure switch.
Week 5, early in the season and after a couple fun wins makes forcing a switch a coup against the HC.
Ross wants to see Tua in action, grier needs to see what Tua b/c he has some banked 1s and loads of cap.
Flores wants to win games and has 3-3 record with a vet/well liked journeyman. Tua is a rookie qb who had a shattered hip less than 12 months prior and had minimal practice due to covid.
Flo treated Tua badly - failed him as a coach and I dont think thats debatable. Flo also got rail roaded by ross/grier. Also not debatable.
The framing of “flo vs tua” is shielding the organization from further, well deserved, scrutiny and criticism.
Silver lining though, all parties seem to have come out the other end with some dignity. Flo doing well in minn, Tua mvp candidate, dolphins looking to contend. Not often the participants in such an ugly chapter all end up on the positive end..
Omar loved Flores.
Yall stop the Flores hate, with the talent McDaniel got since he arrived his record should be way better than Flores's FACTS 💯
Tired of the fake soft Miami fans and media, we need the Don Shula syndrome BACK!!
In regards to the Brewer situation, if it was a deep cut like Omar reported, the main issue is retaring or creating a even worse tare as well as infection. Gripping the ball would cause the hand to somewhat expand and potentially make it worse. I guess Brewer sits week 1 with the hopes the cut heals enough to be able to grip without retare
I think the Organization forced Flores to start Tua that year.
Barry can't "imagine," truer words have never been spoken. Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. Really Barry, evil doesn't exist?
Hey Omar, I’m subscribed but I don’t get a notification when you post a new video on UA-cam like I do with all my other subscriptions. Just wanted to let you know in case you’ve heard this from any others. My alerts for the page are on
They have given zero worry this preseason that the run defense is a problem, besides Jeff Driskell running for a fluke 40 yard gain
You can call that the 🐘 but when Shula was the coach it was called the 53 Defense
Omar said compression sleeve....DRINK
He wanted Tua gone how do u do that ?
Nice plan on the receivers Berry
Hopefully the O line can protect Tua this year!!! 🙏🏼
It's one thing to have reservations about a player or prefer another player for the position but it's another thing to intentionally sabotage that player and abuse him mentally. Because of that Flores should never get the opportunity for a HC position again.
I told you sane tho g you are saying on your tweet Flores wanted Tua to fail
Omar please don’t lie no players were calling you 😂
17:51 you're lying Omar. You have specifically stated that Flores wanted Jordan Love 2 years ago. You have a vendetta against Flores because he got you suspended at Sun Sentinel for leaking an OL starting lineup. Let it go...move on
Hard to gauge what happened. Maybe he wanted Tua to fail. Maybe Tua was better then fitz in practice and Flo had to no choice but to play him. Its really hard to tell.
Good ep
Good Evening Phinz Up
Damm! This team sucks!!!
Is is braylan sanders still on the team
McDaniel getting Way Too Much Credit, for Tua playing better smh.... When it should be going to Grier/Tyreek... Tyreek Made Tua ‼️ PS Enough of the Flo bashing... Tua acting Soft AF... Focus on beating Playoff Teams
Who are the guys that Danny Crossman pounds the table for? Siaran Neal? Bolton, tindall?
Tua is so petty and passive aggressive has anybody seen such a soap opera in a more mentally and physically weak player in their entire life at this level with coddling galore. Mostert cut 5 times til he found the Tyreek Tua Barrios PED juice vendor...
0:38 0:38 0:39 0:39 0:39 0:39 0:39 it should have surprised you guys especially after reporting that Mike white is better over and over. You Omar & Barry were wrong 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Try to get ramel keyton from raiders
the Tua now wasnt the Tua then. He hadnt earned anything he was a rookie.. From the complaints about Tua not being focused on football like the coaching staff wanted. The team didnt support Tua because they were looking at Watson, Brady.. so most werent sold on Tua. now that Tua has had some success the team still hasnt won any big games.. We were just at a standstill on paying Tua. Flores just said it out loud everybody else just says it in a round about manner.
I dont know how many times I need to say it. Omar is 100% wrong. Flores never wanted Tua. Ross did. Ross made Flores play Tua during his first year.
Tua needs to toughen up and not crumble so easy. I like him but he's soft to me
All eyes is on HIM not Flores.
Don't agree with the soft take. Dude played with a rib injury, first game after his hop injury was aganist Aaron Donald and still stood in the pocket
Berry is wrong the Dolphins would not have had to pay DeShaun Watson all that guaranteed money because he wanted to be here he didn't want to play for Cleveland and they broke the relationship between them and Baker Mayfield So they needed a quarterback and they wanted him which is why they paid him a fully guaranteed contract
Players are OK when they sign then their injuried with unknown reasons. Not entertained!
Lol I think they always knew odell want gonna be ready. I think the sining was more to make sure 100% he was on the Dolphins knowing he'd be ready at their projected time frame
Can we get Tua an emotional support animal and just move on?....
Sign renfrow
I love me a good conspiracy theory 😅😅😅

Phins Ups!!! First! Ok.. time to watch :)
