Dude, you've got this! Just give it a little time, and a few tweaks to the titles and you'll be rolling :) Your delivery and everything is fine, you might want to tighten the editing (cutting out parts) just a little bit, but otherwise fine - the thing that *might* give a boost is focusing just a tiny bit more on what value the potential viewer might get from your videos.
I started my channel around 6 months ago, not really with a clear goal (still don't have one) other than sharing the things I do to be able to make videos as cheaply as possible for my roller skate shop - and since I do a lot of DIY I started building things I need to make vids, like a keylight and stuff, and the tools I use to film and edit that I can't build (like a mic) -and documented that on my channel here for others to find and use to get their channel started. Right now I'm approaching 500 subs and 1500 watch time hours, so it's not exploding, but steady growth.
If I where to give one piece of advice it would be to focus just a bit more on how your experiences might benefit others - like your video right here about how hard youtube is: If you where to tweak the title a tiny bit, and focus on how youtube is hard, *and* what you have done to do it, despite it being hard, *then* you all of a sudden communcate value to those who see the thumb and title, and they immediately can see the value. They might be in the same situation, and here is a video from a guy experiencing the same thing, *and* he's sharing his way of overcoming it. Suddenly the value is right there in the title :)
So going forward, if you ask yourself what value other people can get from your experiences and what you do, and highlight those in the titles, and maybe in the thumbs if possible, and let that guide what you talk about in the videos, the value you offer becomes clearer, and it's easier for the potential viewers to understand the videos value to them, if they are in the same position :)
Like you moving to another country, and not just like "next door" to sweden - Doing a couple of videos on what you have done to be able to move, like your tips on how to move to a completely different country far, far away, what to think about, small and big practical things - and not in a "here is the step by step guide", but your personal experiences and your thoughst around all the things one needs to do, would probably make for a great video, or several, focusing on different parts of the move, like one about your interactions and stuff that needs to be fixed in the country you move to, and stuff to do and fix in the country you currently live in, etc. Mixing these "practical" things with your personal way of talking about these things and thoughts around it would be great content, and offer value to potential viewers if the titles and thumbs manage to show this potential value to people who see your video in their feeds (or even search for stuff like "how to move to another country" or something similar.
Good luck and looking forward to see how the channel evolves over time (and yes, I subbed, interested to see where this is going :)

Sitting at 11 videos myself, only thing I can touch on is..... yes, I want my channel to be successful and it's H A R D to push content having a family and full time job. Keep putting content out because you have great presentation (something I haven't experimented with yet). Stay focused on positive words as I think those parts are more attractive to the audience (however this video/title to catch me bc of my similar situation.) I'll be waiting for your next one my friend!

You seem to be doing well to me... 900+ views on this at the moment and trending up. I have 135 non-short videos... I only have a handful that have done better. :) Keep it up. I'm sure it'll work out.

My first advice would be to try new miniatures and title.
Avoid series title with a number. Be more direct. And work on better miniatures.
    That’s your first step.
    Good luck bro

Hi, I thought this video was really good. I think, just looking at your channel, and not wanting to be one of "those guys" that just goes around telling people do this do that, but your titles and how you go about your videos needs to focus on the percieved payoff for the audience more as well as clarity for what the video is about.
For instance "Personal Branding and signing my first client" like client for what who will relate?
Lets say you are a videographer doing commercial videos for clients it would be "How I signed my first commercial video client"
Now that audience will know its for them.
Also, I mean this in a really friendly way, not being critical, just meaning to help because you seem like a very nice person. Just imagine if you say your title to a random group of people in a train station can people hear the title and say "oh thats me". All the best buddy.

G'day from Australia 🇦🇺 I'm a new youtube channel. Yes definitely a struggle since being on here. Mixed Variety Content. Some people seem to make it easy on UA-cam or no matter what they post gets so much attention.

G'day @themarekch, thanks for stopping by!
There has been moments when I've compared myself to others with some jealousy. But I do know that there's no point in comparing to others than myself.
Whenever I find myself in this position I go through the process of thinking "would I want to do the exactly same content as them" and sofar nobody has met the criteria.
Finding your way to do things takes time.
Good luck with your channel, just give it time and have fun while at it!
