About the announcer saying "Good morning": Arcade operators turn on their machines in the morning and stay open throughout the day. So they figured maybe they should have their machines "greet" the operator and it also acts as a sound test for the speakers (Which is why it echoes: They repeat it on each speaker.)
Yeah, Tekken 6/BR and Tag 2 had the unique stereo “good morning” check. Tekken 7 reverted back to the classic monotone good morning. All the tekken arcade games except for T4 had the good morning chime. Tekken 1 and 2 had the same stereophonic good morning chime as well.
I can't remember if the motion blur can be deactivated in the console versions or is a TT2 feature instead. Afair disabling it will increase antialiasing quality. I must say I don't always like blurring effects, also because I like to pause the action once in awhile to enjoy the graphics in all its clarity. Ok, now I have another excuse to brush up this two great fighters once again lol.
