Semi auto volumetric type piston based liquid filling machines are very useful for filing any free flowing liquid into any shape container/jars/bottles etc. It can be used in food, beverages, chemical, pharma & allied industries for following applications :
Oil filling, Juice filling, Milk filling, Syrup filling, Hair oil filling, Shampoo filling, Fertilizer filling, Agro chemical filling, Adhesive filling, Liquid soap filling, Mustard oil filling, Toilet cleaner filling, Jelly filling, Hair oil filling, Balm filling, Edible oil filling, Paint filling, Resin filling.
Semi Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine is precision built on sturdy frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine Works on volumetric principle.
Machine is available in 1 & 2 head model
Operation
Containers have to place manually below the filling nozzles at platform of machine, where motor operated syringes (pistons) fill desire preset volume in container.
Bottle guide are provide for precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container.
The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes. This means fill size can be easily set.

Semi Automatic liquid filler with filling range from 5 ml to 1000 ml.
Accuracy ± 1 % in single doze.
Three different speeds depending upon capacity of bottles or variable speed on request
All contact parts SS304 or SS316.
Minimum change over time from one size to another container or fill size.
Optional: Diving nozzles, Variable speed drive, Spring nozzles.
