I can see you are very dedicated to your Job and you do it with heart. I think there are many 'guardians' who do this job just for the money thinking it's easy.
I think your positions had actual conflicts of interests as well... and you shouldn't have been actually be involved in THIS many actual... jobs all going at the same time.. To be honest. It is "either/or"..... Cos to be frank, it can indeed be seen as favouritism... and you are not actually... putting those specific positions in its own place, which also supports arm's length impartialities...
@@Educationukwitheve: One thing you need to remember is that... you are the guardian. And before, when it is local Brits that is the guardian, they are warm and friendly... and are following the local laws, and draw an actual boundary ? But the fact that you are of the same race, and the same background, but now.. you are using the system.. for both yourself, and these students.. against other citizens.. and voters and also taxpayors as well. Think about it like that? Your emotion is too deep too. There is indeed a reason why... you are given this opportunity and that the parent does not want to do it. But at the same time, you are too involved into it. That is half the issue too. Most guardians in the UK, are actual parents.. and do not get involved in the education sectors. At all. they draw that strict borders and line, between themselves. And others. Most of the original guardians.. in Cambridge. Used to be diplomats. They have an understanding of HK... and has nothing to do with the education sector. Even school teachers, have an impartial arm's length situation. Why do we do this ? So that, no single party involves their emotions so deeply such that, they cannot do anything.
@@Educationukwitheve : "Hard to separate when you are in it"... Exactly !!!.... The chances are... if they stay in the UK, you would see them again. Even in the local areas ! So are you going to be this favourite towards them as well ? Above somebody else ? Or did you expect them to leave the country and not to stay and to work in the UK ? Which is it to be ???....
To be honest, you shouldn't have posted online, but instead, gone for therapy within the NHS instead. Cos that is what most people do, in the UK. Esp if they work in the care sector, or indeed the actual education sectors as well. People DO get recorded, and that your feedback, goes back into the system itself, and then changes are made. So therefore.. I don't understand your posting of this online.. but I think this is the way for most people now globally.... Kind of broken that relationship between state and individuals...
