  • When you are local in a certain climbing area or about to become a local, it is not very frequent to climb onsight. I would either already know all the routes, or I would be making first ascents. Solitary Souls was one of those rare routes in Arco that I hadn't tried before. It was an apparent onsight challenge and a fantastic line on top of that! That is the reason why I was waiting for the right moment to give it a really good onsight try!

Adam puts out content that is about the passion for the sport and the experience instead of just for the difficulty. He can do a video about the history and experience of what is an “easy” route purely because he loves all aspects of climbing

When my son was about 11 years old he entered a Jaycee Relay Race. He’d never ran track before and didn’t know everybody wore shorts. He came in jeans, to everyone’s amusement. He ran the last leg for his team - and came away the fastest runner of the day, and made up considerable distance to win. This video made me think of that day. How I wish I had been able to see it, instead of only hear and read about it. I was a single mom and had to work. My son was an amazing athlete. ❤️
